William 'Billy' Latimer is a classical violinist, creative writer, and composer. A current student at Virginia Commonwealth University, Billy seeks a Bachelors of the Arts in Music with a concentration in Media Scoring and is a member of VCU Symphony. With previous roles in bank management with Bank of America and Woodforest National Bank, Billy brings a strong sense of ownership and hospitality in his engagement with the Richmond community.

As lead composer, writer and creative director for Grand Forge, Billy inspires a team of developers and alumni producing creative digital media and video game productions. In addition, as a volunteer violin instructor since 2016, Billy has fostered continued musical connections with student artists in taking their first steps in music with local organizations like Friends Association For Children and more.

As an individual who seeks to create open and creative environments in every space, Billy is elated to support the Belvedere Series in curating chamber music experiences for all of our community to enjoy.
